Band sizing can vary greatly from person to person.

It’s a good idea to size your finger a couple of times before deciding on your size. Even the perfect fit can fluctuate slightly between the warmer and cooler months. You will need to find a nice balance between too big and too small. We recommend that you should have to push your ring on tightly over your knuckle and it should spin slightly around the base of your finger.

There are several different ring-sizing systems worldwide. MLR uses the Australian ring size measurements, which is an alphabetical range from A-Z.

Download our Ring Size Guide to determine your ring size or the ring size of your BFF.

Alternatively, follow these steps to measure your ring size.

Step 1: Cut a paper strip roughly 15mm wide. It is best to use paper over a ribbon or other materials as paper will not stretch and give you an incorrect reading.

Step 2: Wrap the paper strip around the base of the finger you want to wear your ring on, making sure it is firm and snug.

Step 3: Add a small mark where the paper strip meets. Stick the paper together so that you can move it up and down the finger. This is to make sure you can get it past the knuckle.

Step 4: . Then take the piece of paper off and measure it. Measure from the beginning of the paper strip to the small mark.

Step 5: Now that you have the measurement of the inner circumference of your ring, cross reference with the MLR Ring Size Guide.
